[02.CX] Viber Community Report JSON Parsing Workflow

Handeling JSON filesin a Google Drive Inside Paddy Community WorkflowThe JSON files are downloaded manually and stored in the Google Drive of the Digital Marketing team, and we (Data Analytics team) have access to them. In the future, we plan to implement an automated data extraction and ingestion process to transfer the data into the Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse. 1) Context: We have launched a digital farming practices community in Myanmar byutilizing the widespread coverage of Viber users. Through these communities, weeducate farmers on the best practices to manage their farms, land, crops, pests &diseases, and yield. Viber serves as our platform to achieve these goals andconnect with farmers. The platform allows us to export JSON files, which contain daily-level-aggregateddata that highlights the status of the community. The digital marketing team isresponsible for launching new farming practices, educating, engaging, andmaintaining these communities.
